1. About Floral Buttercream subtlety

To ensure the best quality and integrity of your cakes and cupcakes, it is essential that they are stored in a cool environment immediately after pick-up or delivery. Failure to do so may compromise the appearance and taste of your baked goods as buttercream is highly sensitive to heat. Please take out from the fridge 1 hour before serving. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

2. Liability

Cakes by Maria Yna shall not be held liable for any damages incurred during delivery as a result of factors including, but not limited to, poor driving behaviour, vehicular accidents, excessive vehicle temperatures, or negligence on the part of the customer.

3. Cake Design Policy:

While we make eery effort to capture the essence of your requested theme, please note that exact colours, floral arrangements, and may differ from the reference photo provided. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Refund Policy:

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please review our refund policy below:

4.1 Cancellation Policy: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled delivery date.

4.2. Delivery and Returns: Once a cake has been delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an error on our part—such as delivering the wrong cake flavor or size—we will gladly address the issue.

5. Services Offered

We specialise in creating custom floral buttercream cakes for various occasions, including weddings, birthdays, and other celebrations. All cakes are made to order with high-quality ingredients. In terms of Floral Buttercream, we are using premium 100% French Buttercream.

6. Orders and Payment

• Ordering Process: Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a 20% cancellation fee.

7. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery: We offer delivery services for Wedding and 3 tier cakes order. Delivery fees may apply.

• Pickup: Customers may also choose to pick up their orders at our location. Please confirm your pickup time when placing your order.

8. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
