I walked in expecting to just learn a recipe, but I left feeling like a baker with new skills and confidence that I never thought I’d gain in just one class.Your guidance and warm teaching style made every step feel approachable and enjoyable. Watching you work with such care and artistry was inspiring, and it gave me a new appreciation for baking. Yna is an amazing Filipino cake artist and mentor that teaches experienced and new students for a really good price. I highly recommend!
I love baking and cake decorating, it has been my hobby for quite sometime, but I was struggling to achieve a realistic icing colour. So I enrolled a flower piping lesson conducted by Yna last weekend. Because of her, I as able to learn the proper colour mixing technique.
I love baking and cake decorating, it has been my hobby for quite sometime, but I was struggling to achieve a realistic icing colour. So I enrolled a flower piping lesson conducted by Yna last weekend. Because of her, I as able to learn the proper colour mixing technique.
I also learned a new kind of Korean buttercream icing that Yna has improvised, and I would say, it is way better and glossy and still not too sweet compared to the Swiss meringue buttercream that used to be my favourite and a go to icing for every cakes or cupcakes I make.
Everyone who tried the cupcakes loves it and had a hard time eating it…. Because it was too beautiful to eat.
